It’s fairly common for people to believe that twins have a special bond that extends beyond anything that medicine or single siblings can understand, but did you know that people are willing to entertain the idea that all siblings have some form of telepathy?
While naysayers might claim that people’s experiences are anecdotal and are mere coincidences born of people who share genes and grew up in a shared environment, people who have had eerie experiences of their sibling knowing or feeling something at the same time they experience it feel certain there’s more to it.
Stories abound about siblings who call after having a bad feeling something is wrong, who get each other the same Christmas gift year after year, or who both saw or heard something and immediately called each other to share.
The true definition of telepathy is when two people can send and receive thoughts using only their minds, and there has been some scientific advancement that proves humans might be capable of making that happen – and siblings would surely be some of the first people lining up to prove it.
If you’re considering anecdotal evidence, though, then social media has got you covered!
