Eventually, all forms of human communication will be replaced by emojis. But until that day they’re just really really popular. Companies are constantly adding new emojis to smartphone keyboards, and there are hundreds of hundreds of options to help you say what you want to say.
But for three moms, existing emojis didn’t quite cover an important area of life: having children. So they decided to launch EmojiMom, a smartphone app that adds 250 parenting-themed emojis to your smartphone.
Sarah Robinson, Hannah Hudson, and Natalie Ralston all have kids and all love to text. Robins0n got the idea for EmojiMom when she was dealing with a familiar parenting situation: getting peed on.

Once they got started, they had no shortage of ideas. In fact, the hardest part was limiting themselves to just 250 emojis. Their emojis cover all aspects of pregnancy and motherhood experience, from avoiding raw fish to tough deliveries to taking your baby on an airplane:
