Everyone knows that in order to be a really great dad, you have to know how to craft the perfect, terrible joke. And celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is proving that, five kids in, he’s at the top of his dad joke game.
Ramsay and his wife, Tana, have been married since 1996 and already have four kids – Megan, 21, Holly and Jack, 19, and Matilda, 17 – but after a devastating miscarriage back in 2016, they realized they weren’t finished with their parenting journey.
“You realize how lucky you are and you reflect o what you have. You realize how fortunate you are with your remaining children and you remind yourself of what you’ve got. It’s made the family unit even tighter.”
Baby #5 is a boy, and Ramsay seems to be pleased about that fact. At least, like he told James Corden, it’s one less wedding to pay for down the road.

Ramsay announced the birth of their son with some cute pictures, a tweet, and an amazing joke.
“After three BAFTAs and one Emmy . . . finally we have won an Oscar. Please welcome Oscar James Ramsay, who touched down at 12:58 today for some lunch!”
Ramsay might have made the perfect joke, but apparently, he wasn’t allowed in the delivery room because his wife called him a “nightmare” who always “panics and starts to cry.”
I guess not even practice makes perfect in that arena!
